Delivery - UK Standard

Estimated Delivery - 3-5 Days

We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 working days.

Your local depot will only hold your parcel for approx two weeks before it will be returned to us, please arrange redelivery or collection before this period expires.

Packages which have failed to be collected will be refunded minus the original postage fee.

Please ensure your address is correct. If we must reship your parcel due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will recharge a shipping fee.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping via the website.

If you require shipping outside of the UK. Please email us at info@moonage-daydream.com with your order details and country you require us to ship your order too. We will contact you with the shipping costs.

If you choose to continue with your international order, we only accept payment via PayPal. Which must be processed before the order can be shipped.

Shipping costs and deliver time vary from country to country.

RETURNS

We hope you love your new purchase but understand you may need to return items. All we ask is that you return your item within 14 days of purchase.

All items must be returned UNDAMAGED, in the original packaging. T-shirts and jewellery must also be UNWORN.

In the interests of hygiene - earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned.

To start the refund process. Please email us at info@moonage-daydream.com requesting a refund for your items. Please include your full name and address, original order number and reason for return.

We will send a return email with the details of where to send your return too.

Within your return parcel please included a note listing -

  • NAME & ADDRESS

  • ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER

  • EMAIL ADDRESS

  • REASON FOR RETURN     

Sending items without the relevant information will delay the returns process

Buyer is responsible for costs of returns postage.

Please use a tracked service when returning as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please ensure your returns are well packaged - items which are received damaged due to being poorly packaged will not be eligible for an exchange.

 

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days - less the original postage charge.

Your refund will be issued to the card used for payment or via the original payment method.
